2024 Fall Athletics Preparation


Important Reminders .... 

                 

                                          1. Do you have your DIAA physical?
                                          2. Have you submitted your DIAA physical to                                                    the Nurses' office or Athletics' office?
                                          3. Are you academically eligible? 
                                          4. Do you have the proper attire and equipment                                                ready for tryouts?
                                          5. Do you know the time and place of your                                                        tryout?  (see team info tab)

Attention Athletes: DIAA Physical Information

All athletes must have a completed DIAA physical form prior to the first practice. 
PHYSICALS FOR THE 2024 - 2025  SCHOOL YEAR MUST have a physical form signed by a licensed physician (MD or DO), a licensed nurse practitioner, or a licensed physician's assistant and dated ON OR AFTER APRIL 1, 2024 stating that the student has been examined within the last 12 months and is medically cleared to participate.

Please return the physical to the Main Office PRIOR to the first day of tryouts for your sport. Make sure that you make a copy of all the forms. Please use the form on the link below or you can pick one up in the main office or follow the link to the left.  Make sure all 12 signatures are in place, if not the forms are invalid. You will not be allowed to participate in any activities until all necessary forms are complete.

Welcome to our Dover High School Senator sports page.  All physicals must be submitted and entered by the Nurse's office prior to participation in any tryour or workout.  Additionally, academic eligibility must be established when report cards come out for the 1st marking period!!!

The Athletic Department at Dover High School encourages community involvement in our programs. We welcome the support of all parents, students, fans, and community members. All parties involved are encouraged to exercise good sportsmanship. The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) offers free courses in a wide range of sports-related topics, including sportsmanship, concussion, role of parents in sports, and heat-related illness.
